Simple Mobile and Internet Plans. Total Flexibility.

Recently ported both mine and my wife's numbers to Yomojo and from Moose. We didn't have any issues with Moose Mobile, but decided to change providers due to the recent Moose change of network providers from Optus to Vodafone. During the porting of the numbers to Yomojo, there was a small hiccup. After contacting customer support, they resolved the issue immediately and our numbers were successfully ported within 5mins. Extremely satisfied with the service extended by Haydee in particular.

After being disappointed by the customer service that I received from my current phone provider, I decided to move to a different provider. I saw the positive reviews for Yomojo on this site, so I called and spoke to Michael who was very helpful. He assisted me through the process of changing phone providers and porting my number over. So far so good. Left Moose after their debacle to try Yomojo. I’ve had to call support a couple of times for minor things and both Cheryll and Miguel were incredibly helpful. There was no wait and they both were very patient and professional. So far my coverage is great. Looking forward to them releasing their postpaid with 5G and data banking but no issues with service so far.

Lei was very efficient and helpful, helping me to confirm that my current plan would be terminated by 6/4/26 whilst I was travelling overseas for a few months. I have been with Yomojo for well over 12 years now and very happy with the flexibility of retaining my number at a small price and with the convenience of international use if I need it. Thanks Lei!

Phoned Yomojo support line and was assisted by a very helpful, polite and friendly Customer Support person "Rose" who rectified the problem I was having and had me back online in very short time. I should have phoned for assistance sooner. Very happy with the service.
